LACTOLERANCE 1/DAY is designed for all degrees of intolerance.
The lactase produced by its lactic ferments* facilitates the digestion of lactose on a permanent basis, throughout the day. It is thus possible to consume lactose at any time, at each meal if you wish, without having to read the labels and without having a capsule with you.
How to use LACTOLERANCE 1/DAY
LACTOLERANCE 1/DAY requires only one capsule per day, to be taken daily with a glass of water, before a meal.
Adaptation time: As with all probiotics*, an adaptation time of about 7 days is necessary. During this period, it is recommended to take LACTOLERANCE 1/DAYy once a day as well as LACTOLERANCE 9000 with each lactose intake.
How long does LACTOLERANCE 1/DAY work?
LACTOLERANCE 1/DAY protects you all day long.
After 6 weeks of use, its effectiveness can last up to 72 hours, which is useful if you forget!

LACTOLERANCE 1/DAY contains a unique combination of 6 specially selected lactase-producing lactic ferments.
Acacia gum.
6 lactic ferments: Bacillus coagulans, Bacillus Subtilis, Bifidobacterium animalis, lactis, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Streptococcus thermophilus.
Envelope: vegetable gelatin (HPMC).
