An ultra-quick recipe for the whole family to enjoy hot or cold.
Ingredients
For 4 people:
- 500 g penne cheese
- 250 g tuna in olive oil
- 250 g soy cream
- 1 lemon peel
- Chopped parsley
- 1 red pepper (optional)
- Olive oil, salt, freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Preparation + cooking time: 25 min.
1 Crush the tuna in a little olive oil and add the grated lemon peel. Put the mixture in a pan with a little olive oil.
Pour in the soy cream and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
2 Chop the red pepper and add to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cook the penne and drain.
4. Add the sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
